Zusammenfassung
Konflikte gibt es in jeder Unternehmung. Sie entstehen beim Wettbewerb zwischen zwei Abteilungen um ein Budget, durch Abstimmungsschwierigkeiten zwischen Mitarbeitern im Produktionsprozeß, wenn Mitarbeiter gegen organisatorische Maßnahmen Widerstand leisten, wenn ein Mitarbeiter, der sich für eine Stelle als Teamleiter interessiert, die damit verbundene Verantwortung scheut, oder durch das Abteilungsdenken von Produktions- und Marketingabteilung bei der Diskussion um die Produktgestaltung. Das alles sind Beispiele für die Vielfalt von Konflikten in der Unternehmung.
