Abstract

The principle of spatial discretization of distributed parameter systems (DPS) is shown, based on the example of diffusion processing in chemical reactors, considering a finite number of sensors and actuators. Two different design concepts of locally operating control facilities are developed, resulting in limited technical expenditure.
