Abstract

Software tools are compulsory prerequisites for building and verifying of mathematical models of complex engineering systems. They essentially simplify the work of systems design engineer.

In the paper, a software package is presented suitable for model building, simulation, and analysis of automation systems (e.g control systems, sequential control circuitry etc). For system description Petri nets have been selected as one of most powerful mean along this line.

After the introduction of the general concept of the tool mentioned above, the functional description of its most important parts will be given.
