Zusammenfassung
Das Thema Schmerz stand im Mittelpunkt der 9. Internationalen Fachkonferenz Ethno-medizin, zu der die Arbeitsgemeinschaft Eth-nomedizin e.V. vom 6. bis 8. Mai 1988 Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler verschiedener Disziplinen aus dem In-und Ausland nach Heidelberg eingeladen hatte. Die Ergebnisse dieser Tagung werden hier einer breiteren —ffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht.
