Das Thema enthält einen Doppelaspekt: Verschiedene Rüstungstechnologien, ein Plural, werden in bezug gesetzt zu internationaler Sicherheitspolitik. Von letzterer redet die Disziplin Politikwissenschaft fortwährend. Bloß: Was ist ihr Begriff von “Technologien” oder simpler von “Technik”? Ist mit ersterem der Logos des zweiten gemeint, und wenn, was heißt das? Wieviel muß der Politologe von Technik verstehen, um über sie berechtigt reden zu können?
