Zusammenfassung
Die Teilnahme der Arbeitnehmerschaft an der Mitbestimmungspraxis setzt Wissen über Mitbestimmung voraus. Das bedeutet, daß Kommunikations- und Informationsprozesse nicht auf einen Kreis von Politikern, Wissenschaftlern und Experten beschränkt bleiben dürfen, sondern Mitbestimmung als gesellschaftspolitische Forderung bis in die betriebliche Basis der Arbeitnehmer kommunikativ vordringen muß.
