Zusammenfassung
Die Entwicklung der Konzeption des Planned Organizational Change geht auf die Jahre nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg zurück. Sie wurde begünstigt durch die großen Fortschritte der Sozialwissenschaften in jener Zeit, vor allem aber durch die während des Krieges im militärischen Bereich gemachte Erfahrung, daß den Sozialwissenschaften auch als angewandten Wissenschaften eine große Bedeutung beizumessen ist24).
