Zusammenfassung
Bei der Untersuchung des Gesamtprozesses der Gestaltung automatisierter Informationssysteme hat sich ergeben, daß dieser Prozeß in drei deutlich unterscheidbare Phasen gegliedert werden kann (vgl. Abschnitt B II b). Diese Phasen-Einteilung ließ sich für jede einzelne Komponente eines automatisierten Informationssystems nachweisen. Im Hinblick auf die Gestaltung von Software-Systemen wurden die folgenden drei Phasen unterschieden:

Entwicklung eines generellen Software-Systems,

(2)
Konfigurierung eines speziellen Software-Systems,

(3)
Gestaltung im Rahmen der Anwendung eines speziellen Software-Systems.
