Zusammenfassung
Das Forschungsvorhaben, zu dem diese Abhandlung einen Beitrag leistet, befaßt sich mit Entscheidungsverfahren in der Umweltverwaltung. Genauer gesagt befaßt es sich mit dem Problem, wie in einer Zeit komplexer werdender Umweltfragen, die nur noch von Fachleuten verstanden werden, politisch legitimierte umweltpolitische Entscheidungen getroffen werden können. In dieser Abhandlung wird diese Frage am Beispiel der Entwicklung umweltpolitischer Strategien in der britischen Kommunalverwaltung untersucht.
