Zusammenfassung
Das Bormida-Tal war das dritte Gebiet in Italien, das aufgrund des im Umweltschutzgesetz von 1986 vorgesehenen neuen Verfahrens zu einem “in hohem Maße umweltgefährdeten Gebiet” erklärt wurde.1 Diese Erklärung zog die Annahme eines Gesamtplans zur Sanierung des Gebietes und die Bereitstellung von Sondermitteln der Zentralregierung nach sich.
