Zusammenfassung
Die Einsicht, daß die Probleme der Steuerung und Lenkung, der Führung und Kontrolle innerhalb eines professionellen Sport-Teams nur marginal verschieden sind von denen, die sich innerhalb eines Industrieunternehmens stellen und die dementsprechend vom Management zu lösen sind, ist von einer geradezu bemerkenswerten Schlichtheit.
