Zusammenfassung
In dieser Arbeit werden die Ergebnisse einer empirischen Studie vorgestellt, in der Zusammenhänge zwischen dem organisatorischen Umfeld, dem Entwicklungsprozeß und der Bewertung von managementunterstützenden Informationssystemen untersucht wurden. Dabei wird deutlich, daß von den Kontextfaktoren, insbesondere von den Initiatoren eines Projektes, ein erheblicher Einfluß auf Entwicklungsprozeß und Bewertung ausgeht. Weitere signifikante Beziehungen wurden zwischen Entwicklungsprozeß und Bewertung sowie innerhalb des Bewertungsprozesses zwischen Bewertungsgründen, Kriterien und Methoden festgestellt. Der in der Literatur vertretene Zusammenhang zwischen qualitativen Kriterien und nutzenorientierten Methoden konnte bezüglich der Häufigkeit des Methodeneinsatzes nicht nachgewiesen werden. Ein Einfluß auf die Zufriedenheit damit bestand jedoch qualitativ.
