Zusammenfassung

Im Beitrag sind als Quellen der Qualität von Software die Menschen, Technologie und Kommunikation eingeführt. Ihr Einfluss auf die Qualität ist untersucht und als Grenze der Wirksamkeit des Qualitatsmanagements die Bereitschaft der beteiligten Menschen, sich zu ändern, identifiziert. Grundlegende Änderung der schulischen Ausbildung ist nötig, um die Grenzen merklich zu verrücken.
