Technische Innovation sowie soziale und wirtschaftliche Veränderung führt weltweit unter dem Stichwort „Virtuelle Lehre“ zu einer Umgestaltung des Bildungswesens, insbesondere auch an den Hochschulen. Auch badische Universitäten sammeln auf diesem Gebiet Erfahrungen in einem umfangreichen interdisziplinärem Pilotprojekt.
