Abstract
At present, that is, at the beginning of the 21st century, a continuous change of our society to an information society takes place. The new behavior of participants and affected persons referring the digital technology has therefore exceeded a critical state. Society and companies are into a far-reaching change, the change to an information society. Worldwide communication networks (Internet), mobile data processing, multi media, electronic cash, tele co-operation and so forth are going to change the business life fundamentally.
