Implantation and Defect Studies by Mössbauer Spectroscopy

  • Chapter
Nuclear Physics Methods in Materials Research

Abstract

Mössbauer Spectroscopy is recently frequently applied to study the nature of defects in various materials as well as the behaviour of implanted atoms and the properties of implanted solids. The capacity of Mössbauer method in this application will here be discussed on the basis of selected examples.
