Zusammenfassung
Die Innovationsfähigkeit vieler Großunternehmen hat im Verlauf ihrer Entwicklung nachgelassen. Sie stehen vor der Aufgabe, die Innovationskraft zurückzugewinnen, die sie als junge Pionierunternehmen einmal selbst besaßen. Eine der Ursachen für die Innovationsschwäche ist die Zunahme der Koordinations- und Kontrollprozesse, die häufig eine schnelle Umsetzung neuer Ideen in erfolgreiche Produkte verhindern.
