Abstract
The research presented in this dissertation was a practical one, it dealt with various µkernel and load distribution issues. This chapter summarizes the lessons that have been learned while developing and using LD on top of Mach [Milo93b]. It specifically refers to the TM scheme and to the Mach µkernel, however similar reasoning could be applied to other µkernels as well.
