Zusammenfassung
Viele betriebswirtschaftliche Anwendungen benötigen einen Zugang zu Wissen, das über verschiedene Unternehmensbereiche verteilt ist. Dieses wird zunehmend auch in Softwaresystemen bereitgestellt und soll in Abhängigkeit von Marktsituationen und Unternehmensstrategien gezielt zur Befriedigung von Kundenbedürfnissen kombiniert werden können. Das ist vor allem dort von Bedeutung, wo, wie in der Allfinanz-Kundenberatung, die Leistungserstellung in vernetzten Organisationsstrukturen erfolgt. Gerade in der Allfinanz-Kundenberatung hängt der Markterfolg entscheidend davon ab, daß Team- und Koordinationsstrukturen kundengerecht aufgebaut und unter Berücksichtigung der Bankziele flexibel an wechselnde Beratungssituationen angepaßt werden können.
