Zusammenfassung
Die modernen Organisationstheorien, befruchtet durch die Entscheidungstheorie und Systemtheorie, zeichnen sich durch einen eigenen methodischanalytischen Ansatz aus. Dieser Ansatz versucht eine Integration der in der klassischen und neoklassischen Organisationstheorie isoliert behandelten Aspekte der technisch-aufgabenbezogenen und menschlich-sozialen Variablen unter ökonomischen Gesichtspunkten. Das Organisationsproblem und seine Dimensionen ergeben sich aus der Frage: welche Zielwirkungen resultieren aus einzelnen Regelungsarten oder Instrumentalvariablen und deren Kombination unter Berücksichtigung gegebener oder zu schaffender Bedingungen des Organisationsobjektes1)?
