Zusammenfassung

Empirische Untersuchungen über die Erwartungshaltung von Benutzern vor der Systemimplementierung zeigen, daß Benutzer mit realistischen Erwartungen in stärkerem Maße mit dem EUS zufrieden sind und damit häufiger arbeiten als Benutzer, deren Einschätzungen vor der Implementation unrealistisch sind.199
