Zusammenfassung

Der Hauptvorteil von PC liegt in der individuellen führungskraftspezifischen Unterstützung im Entscheidungsprozeß. Wichtige Aktivitäten im Entscheidungsprozeß, etwa die Informationsbeschaffung, die Auswertung von Alternativen und die Sensitivitätsanalyse müssen nicht mehr delegiert werden.46 Aus der verstärkt ganzheitlichen Aufgabenabwicklung resultiert eine schnelle individuell durchgeführte Modellentwicklung und ein besseres Problem- und Modellverständnis.47
