Bei Abschluß eines Projekts werden die Ergebnisse in einem Abschlußbericht zusammengefaßt und dem Projektauftraggeber. Auf der Grundlage dieser Ergebnisse Kann das Projekt formal erklären, indem er den Abschlußbericht verabschiedet.
