Zusammenfassung
Das russische Bankensystem stellt seiner Struktur nach ein Übergangssystem dar, in dem Elemente des alten Systems neben neuen Konstruktionen bestehen. Die neu aufgebaute Struktur dieses Systems sieht im Grunde wie ein Gebäude im Bau aus, das sowohl der äußeren als auch vor allem der umfassenden innerlichen Vollendung bedarf.
