Es gibt zahlreiche gut dokumentierte Gründe, warum die japanische Atomobilindustrie in der Lage war, erfolgreich in den US-Markt einzudringen, speziell während der 70er Jahre. Ein wichtiger Grund ist, daß sie ihre Konkurrenz viel besser analysieren als US-Unternehmen.1
Die Grundregel jeder Strategie ist, deine Konkurrenz dazu zu bringen, nicht in die Produkte, Märkte und Dienstleistungen zu investieren, in die du am meisten investieren willst.
