Zusammenfassung
Dieses Papier erläutert die Probleme der Orientierung in elektronischen Kommunikations- und Kooperationsprozessen. Ein Ereignismodell für computergestützte Arbeitsumgebungen wird vorgestellt, das geeignet ist, den Teilnehmern eine Orientierung zu ermöglichen. Das Modell erlaubt, Informationen über laufende und vergangene Handlungen im gemeinsamen Arbeitskontext zu erzeugen, zu verteilen und zu bearbeiten. Es nutzt semantische und kontextuelle Beziehungen zwischen den gemeinsamen Artefakten einer Arbeitsumgebung. Das Ereignismodell ermöglicht die Orientierung der Benutzer im gemeinsamen Arbeitsprozeß, ohne sie mit zuviel Information zu überlasten.
