Wie bereits an verschiedenen Stellen angeklungen, stellt die Beschaffung von Marketing-Informationen selbst wieder einen ProzeE dar, der systematisch geplant werden muß. Es liegt also wieder ein Entscheidungsprozeß vor, der Ziel- und Strategieentscheidungen beinhaltet.
