Shibata, Aiko N., Effects of Taxation on Risk-Taking, in: American Economic Review, Vol. 49 (1969), Papers and Proceedings, S. 553–561;, Stiglitz, Joseph E., Taxation, Risk Taking, and the Allocation of Investment in a Competitive Economy, in: Theory of Capital Markets, Michael Jensen (Ed.), New York — Washington — London 1972, S. 294–374; Allingham, M. G., Risk-Taking and Taxation, in: Zeitschrift für Nationalökonomie, Bd. 32 (1972), S. 203–224. A., A Stock Market in a General Equilibrium Model, a. a. O., S. 759–776. Ein Tauschmarktmodell findet sich bei Brennan, M[ichael], J., Taxes, Market Valuation and Corporate Financial Policy, in: National Tax Journal, Vol. 23 (1970), S. 417–427; Stiglitz, Joseph E., Taxation, Corporate Financial Policy and the Cost of Capital, in: Journal of Public Economy, Vol, 2 (1973), S. 1–34.

Mossin, Jan, Theory of Financial Markets, a. a. O., S. 97.
