Zusammenfassung
Im vorigen Kapitel wurde deutlich, daß es verschiedene Auffassungen von Qualität gibt. Verbraucher verstehen etwas anderes darunter als Hersteller, Mitarbeiter aus dem Marketing etwas anderes als Mitarbeiter aus der Fertigung. Überhaupt scheint der Begriff so vieldeutig zu sein, daß jeder sich darunter etwas anderes vorstellen kann. Eine genaue Präzisierung scheint deshalb unabdingbar.
