Zusammenfassung
Psychologische und speziell persönlichkeitspsychologische Konzepte von „Autonomie“ befassen sich vorwiegend mit relativ überdauernden Verhaltensdispositionen. Ähnlich anderen, partiell alltagssprachlichen Persönlichkeitsbeschreibungen liegen sehr facettenreiche Schilderungen „autonomer“ Personen vor. So wird unter anderem hervorgehoben, daß sie „selbständig denkend“, „selbstvertrauend“, „unabhängig in der Urteilsbildung“, „leistungsfähig“ und „ausdauernd in Bezug auf eigene Ziele“seien, „Freude aus ihrer Arbeit gewinnen“, „schöpferische Leistung schätzen“, „sich an moralischen Standards orientieren“ (vgl. KURTINES 1974).
