Hunderte von Millionen Menschen hungern in den Entwicklungsländern. Man kann zwar bezweifeln, daß Wirtschaftswachstum eine hinreichende Bedingung zur Überwindung des Hungers ist, aber kaum daß Wirtschaftswachstum in Entwicklungsländern eine notwendige Bedingung zur Überwindung von Hunger und Armut ist.
