Zusammenfassung

Wir untersuchen nun eine dritte Methode, Entscheidungen zu treffen — eine, von der wir glauben, daß sie aktivierender ist als jede der zwei oben diskutierten Strategien, obwohl sie sich auf Elemente aus beiden stützt. Im ersten Teil des Kapitels wird dieser dritte Ansatz eingeführt, und seine Grundlagen werden untersucht; der zweite Teil behandelt die Wirkungen anderer Steuerungsfaktoren auf den gesamtgesellschaftlichen Entscheidungsprozeß, insbesondere auf jenen Typ von Entscheidungsprozessen, der für aktive Gesellschaften gebraucht wird.
