Zusammenfassung
Die Unternehmung und die Führung der Unternehmung werden im folgenden vornehmlich unter system- und entscheidungstheoretischem Aspekt skizziert. Der systemtheoretische Ansatz dient primär der Kennzeichnung des Grundmodells der Unternehmung1 — bei Interpretation der Unternehmung als zielorientierte Potential- und Aktions-/Aktionsobjektstruktur; der entscheidungstheoretische Ansatz dient primär der Kennzeichnung und Gestaltung des Führungsprozesses2 — bei Betrachtung von Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle als Haupttätigkeiten der Führungskräfte.
