Zusammenfassung
Das Controlling als wirksames Lenkungsinstrument des Konzerns bedingt, daß der Controller organisatorisch jeweils im Vorstand oder in der Geschäftsführung einer Unternehmungseinheit vertreten ist. So gehört der Chef-Controller der Führungsholding dem Vorstand der Preussag AG an. Der Controller einer Konzerngesellschaft (Gesellschaftscontroller) ist Mitglied der Geschäftsführung. Bei der Ausübung ihrer Controllingfunktion bedienen sie sich der Abteilung Konzernplanung und Controlling in der Holding bzw. eines Controllingbeauftragten in der jeweiligen Konzerngesellschaft.
