Zusammenfassung
Die Bestimmung von bakteriellen Populationen im Boden gewinnt immer mehr an Bedeutung. Um die Struktur und Dynamik definierter Populationen im Boden zu untersuchen, ist es notwendig, neben der quantitativen Bestimmung der Gesamtpopulation, eine Differenzierung in Stämme bzw. Stammgruppen vorzunehmen, Nur so ist es möglich, reale Aussagen über die Veränderungen von Populationen unter anthropogenen Einflüssen zu machen.
