Zusammenfassung

Wenige Aspekte des amerikanischen Wohlfahrtsstaates wurden so gründlich übersehen, bzw. so umfassend mißverstanden, wie die Rolle des Nonprofit-Sektors und die Beziehungen zwischen Nonprofit-Organisationen und Politik. Dabei sind wenige Fragen für die Entwicklung des Wohlfahrtsstaates so wichtig wie diese.
