In den vorangegangen Abschnitten wurden der Bedarf nach Softwaremaßen und die wesentlichsten Meßpunkte bei der Software-Erstellung beschrieben. Im folgenden soll daher zunächst auf die Problematik der Software-Messung selbst eingegangen werden.
