Zusammenfassung
Es werden zwei Untersuchungen zu den drei “Ws”, Wie, Wer, Was bei der Optimierung des Lernprozesses berichtet: Bei dem “Wie” (Trainingsmethode) zeigt sich eine Überlegenheit der Methode, bei dem das mentale Modell selbstgesteuert und integrativ entwickelt wird. Bei dem “Wer” (Personenmerkmale) ergeben sich höhere Leistungen bei hoher Planorientierung und adäquater Problemlösekompetenz. Bei dem “Was” (Benutzeroberfläche) lassen sich bessere Lernleistungen bei direkter Manipulation im Vergleich zu konventioneller Interaktion nachweisen.
