Zusammenfassung
Hauptgeschäftsführerin, Vorsitzende im Vorstand, Präsidentin, Direktorin, Verwaltungsdirektorin, Hauptmacherin, oberste Geschäftsführung. Da weniger als ein Prozent der berufstätigen Frauen heute in diesen Positionen sind, wendet sich dieses Kapitel nicht nur an sie. Ich wende mich hauptsächlich an die Frauen, die eventuell dieses Prozent erhöhen wollen. Wenn wir die Prozentzahl alle zwei Jahre verdoppelten, hätten wir innerhalb eines Jahrzehntes ein Drittel aller Spitzenmanagerpositionen von Frauen besetzt. Doch leider verändert geometrische Progression nicht die Gesellschaft.
