Zusammenfassung

Die Theorie bzw. Lehre von der Untemehmungsführung (General Management; Strategie Management; Business Policy) hat im Verlaufe der letzten rund 30 Jahre eine starke Wandlung durchgemacht.1 Währendvor 1960 im wesentlichen die Integration der funktionalen Politiken sowie die Managerrollen und die Managementprozesse im Zentrum des Interesses standen, erfolgte in den 60er Jahren eine markante Ausrichtung auf den Absatzmarkt: “Strategy was seen as more than just coordination or integration of functions — it embodied the joint selection of the product-market arenas in which the firm would compete”.2 Typisch dafür ist das Strategiekonzept von Ansoff.3
