Zusammenfassung
Die Präsenz von Unternehmen in in- und ausländischen Märkten besteht nicht länger aus bloßen Handelsbeziehungen. Vielmehr findet eine Bewegung zu Verknüpfungen von Arbeits- und Innovationsprozessen mit externen Partnern statt, so daß Leistungserstellungspro-zesse aus einer Vielzahl von Teilprozessen bestehen, die auf verschiedene Partner verteilt und im Hinblick auf relevante Absatz- und Beschaffungsmärkte koordiniert werden. Diese Partnerschaften sind Ausdruck von Kooperationen, die es auch unter strategischen Gesichtspunkten zu koordinieren, zu steuern und marktlich auszurichten gilt. Insofern stellen sich Fragen bezüglich der strategischen Steuerung dieser komplexen Unternehmensverbände, die auf die Implementierung neuer, innovativer Führungstrukturen abzielen.
