Zusammenfassung
In diesem Beitrag wird ausgehend von zwei Aspekten der sozialen Kompetenz — der Einsicht über die Struktur gemischter Konfliktlagen im Sinne sozialer Dilemmata, sowie Voraussetzungen auf der personalen und interpersonalen Ebene der Konflikt- und Problemlösung in Gruppen — etwas Licht auf das Verhältnis zwischen sozialer Kompetenz und Vertrauen zu geworfen. Beide Dimensionen werden dabei als wesentliche Quelle für Bewältigungen komplexer innovativer Problemlagen angesehen. Abschließend erfolgt eine Bemerkung zu den Schwächen in unseren Ausbildungssystemen, der Bedeutung dieser interpersonalen Qualitäten gerecht zu werden.
