Abstract

Why do people visit a certain website? Why do certain websites get more traffic than others? The answer to these questions could be the way the site works. Perhaps visitors do not like the site or do not understand how to use it. This research discusses the user-friendliness or ‘usability’ of websites, and online compact disc stores in particular.
