Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel soll die Probleme im Bereich des Planens, Führens, Umsetzens und Kontrollierens humanitärer Projekte beschreiben und analysieren. Dies ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung, um Vorschläge für die Verbesserung des projektbezogenen Informationsaustauschs zu entwickeln. Im Rational Unified Process gehört die Problemanalyse zur Konzeptionsphase. In der Konzeptionsphase ist der Umgebungsworkflow besonders wichtig, in dem das Umfeld des zu erstellenden Informationssystems analysiert wird. In der Soft System Methodology entspricht diese Phase der Ist-Analyse, auch „immersion in reality“ genannt.
