Zusammenfassung
Sowohl das Sproß- als auch das Wurzelwachstum von Tagetes erecta kann durch Inokulation mit schnellinfizierenden arbuskulären Mykorrhizapilzen (AM-Pilzen der Gattung Glomus sp. Stamm VAM3) und mit dem phytohormonproduzierenden antagonistisch wirkenden Pseudomonas fluorescens (Stamm PsIA12) unter Feldbedingungen auf anlehmigen Sandboden stimuliert werden.
Die Inokulation wirkte sich auch positiv auf den Zierwert aus. Positive Effekte wurden unter verschiedenen Düngungsgaben erreicht.
Die Nutzung eines PsIA12-Torf-Präparates führte im Vergleich zur Nutzung einer PsIA12-Suspension zu besseren Ergebnissen.
In weiteren Versuchen wird die Wiederholbarkeit positiver Inokulationseffekte auf unterschiedlichen Standorten getestet. Mögliche Wirkursachen werden noch untersucht.
