Zusammenfassung
Zur weiteren Deutung und Interpretation wohlfahrtsstaatlicher Politik in Abhängigkeit nationaler institutioneller und programmatischer Rahmenbedingungen sowohl bezüglich des politischen Systems als auch des sozialen Sicherungssystems ist es an dieser Stelle unabdingbar, auf in der Diskussion befindlichen Typisierungen von Wohlfahrtsstaaten und die hierfür notwendige Nennung von Variablen zur Darstellung eines solchen Typisierungssystems einzugehen.
„Umbau“ ist hier als bewusste Abgrenzung zu „Ruckbau“ zu betrachten, wie durch die folgenden Ausführungen deutlich wird.
