Zusammenfassung

In Deutschland gab es noch keine Bundestagswahl, nach der keine Koalitionsregierung gebildet worden wäre. Koalitionsregierungen sind auch in den Mitgliedsstaaten der EU die Regel. Die große Ausnahme stellt die britische Mehrheitsdemokratie dar.
