Zusammenfassung

Die Absicht dieses Beitrags besteht darin, Thesen zur Konstituierung von Macht im Internet zu entwickeln. Die Beziehung zwischen Macht und Technik im Netz, so unsere Beobachtung, gehört zu den besonders bemerkenswerten Phänomenen des digitalen Kommunikationsraums, denn es sind gerade die machtspezifischen Konstitutionsmerkmale, die das Internet in der allgemeinen Wahrnehmung von anderen Kommunikationsmedien und -infrastrukturen unterscheiden.
