Zusammenfassung
Erfahrungen mit dem Einsatz von Groupware-Anwendungen zeigen, daß der erfolgreiche Einsatz die Unterstützung einer Gruppenwahrnehmung (awareness) erfordert. Dazu gehört die Wahrnehmbarkeit wichtiger Ereignisse und relevanter Handlungen von Kooperationspartnern in synchronen oder asynchronen Kooperationssituationen.
