Zusammenfassung
Isomere Bis(dichlorpropyl)ether, sogenannte Haloether, kommen im μg/1 Maßstab im Wasser der Elbe vor. (Franke et al. 1995, 1998). Diese Substanzen, die als Nebenprodukte der industriellen Synthese von Epichlorhydrin anfallen, gelangen mit dem Abwasser solcher Produktionsstätten in die Umwelt und stellen eine der Hauptkontaminationen der Elbe mit chlororganischen Verbindungen dar.
